Sticky Orange Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 300 ml chicken stock
- 4 tbsp marmalade
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
Directions
Fry 4 chicken breasts in 1 tbsp olive oil for 10 minutes turning once. Add 300 ml chicken stock , 4 tbsp marmalade and 1 tsp fresh thyme and stir thoroughly. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Turn the heat up so the sauce boils for around 5 minutes and reduces to a sticky syrup.
