Minty Lamb Pittas

- 1/8 cucumber
- 1 little gem lettuce
- 8 oz roast lamb
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mint leaves
- 4 pitta breads
Directions
Slice approximately an 1/8 cucumber and shred 1 little gem lettuce and slice approximately 8 oz roast lamb from the previous days roast. Make the dressing by mixing together 2 tbsp natural yogurt , 1 tbsp mayonnaise , and 1 tbsp mint leaves (finely chopped).
Warm 4 pitta breads and then carefully slit each one along the side. Fill each pita with the cucumber, lettuce and lamb before topping with the sauce.
