Summer Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 rashers streaky bacon
- 4 sundried tomatoes
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 375 g pack ready-rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- 25 g sesame seeds
Directions
Whizz 2 skinless chicken breasts with 1 clove garlic in a food processor until the chicken is well minced. Add 3 rashers streaky bacon , 4 sundried tomatoes , and 1 handful basil leaves and pulse for five to ten seconds until well combined.
Roll out 375 g pack ready-rolled puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut in half lengthways. Divide the filling mixture into 2 and spread along the middle of each strip. Roll up the pastry pinching the ends together to seal. Use a sharp knife cut into 2.5cm long pieces.
Heat the oven to 200C. Put the rolls onto a lightly greased baking sheet and brush with 1 egg yolk and sprinkle with 25 g sesame seeds . Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
